Classes are warm and personal — Gretchen gives plenty of shout-outs to participants by first name. Your privacy is always respected: no last names or emails are ever shared within the group.

Meet Gretchen

Gretchen has been teaching group exercise classes and personal training clients for over 30 years. It never ceases to amaze her how much better one feels — both mentally and physically — after exercise.

Now in her middle age, she sees the importance of bringing the older population classes that are challenging but a bit more gentle on their bodies. She is proud to say she has clients exercising with her well into their 80s and 90s. Her clients never want to stop moving — and neither does she!
