A gentle, low-impact 30-minute cardio session for beginners and active adults — remote and easy to follow from home. Great as a standalone exercise class or an easy, welcoming start to your week.
Total Body Mix
A full-body workout combining strength training and cardio to build stamina. Half the class on the mat, half standing — with low-impact modifications always available, and every session different.
Balletone™
Ballet-inspired movements that lengthen the body, improve posture, and challenge strength and balance. Half standing, half on the mat — elegant, effective, and unlike any class you've tried.
Senior Sneakers
Half standing, half seated — gentle strength training using light weights. Chair exercises and standing moves throughout; no dumbbells needed — water bottles and soup cans work great. The perfect workout for beginners and anyone starting or restarting their fitness journey.

Gretchen has been teaching group exercise classes and personal training clients for over 30 years. It never ceases to amaze her how much better one feels — both mentally and physically — after exercise.
Now in her middle age, she sees the importance of bringing adults 50 and beyond gentle, low-impact workouts that are still challenging — building strength, stamina, and balance safely over time.
